First Week – Free

The first month of CrossFit is spent in Level One where you will learn proper form and mechanics. Level One mirrors our core CrossFit class but smaller class sizes allow coaches to spend more time focusing on movements and modifications for each individual.
Q: Do I need to be in shape or have a specific level of fitness to join?
A: Absolutely not.
Q: What should I bring to class?
A: Athletic clothing (shorts, pants, shirts), shoes, water, and good questions!
Q: What does a class look like?
A: A brief introduction about the workout with tips and scaled options, a full warm up, and the workout of the day.
