Attend one of our free intro classes. You can expect to learn about the gym and our programs, have your questions answered, engage in a dynamic warm-up, and enjoy a workout that can match any fitness level.

Q: Do I need to be in shape or have a specific level of fitness to take this class?
A: Absolutely not.
Q: What should I bring to class?
A: Athletic clothing (shorts, pants, shirts), shoes, water, and good questions!
Q: What does a class look like?
A: A brief introduction about the gyms, a Q and A session, and a short workout.
Q: Do I need to attend the Intro class?
A: No, you can sign up for level one classes immediately.
Q: How long is the intro class?
A: 30-45 Minutes.
Q: When are the Free Intro Classes?
