During your first month of CrossFit you’ll begin with 4-5, private 1-on-1 or group sessions where you will learn and focus on the development of proper form and mechanics of the core fundamental movements: Squat, Deadlift, Press, Gymnastics and Olympic weightlifting. The structure of these private/group sessions will mirror our core CrossFit class but allow the coach to spend more time focusing on movements and modifications for you individually so that you feel more comfortable joining our group classes. With two locations, we encourage you to try and schedule at least 1 of your private sessions at each location. While you will more than likely end up establishing a primary location, it is a good opportunity to experience the environment at both facilities.

Q: How many private classes are included in the Level One?
A: Between 4-5 classes. Ultimately this will be determined by your comfort, and the coach’s recommendation.
Q: Do I absolutely need 4-5 private Level One classes before joining regular class?
A: No, it is ok to fulfill your private training in a shorter timeframe. This again will be determined by your personal comfort, and the coach’s recommendation.
Q: Do I need schedule private Level One classes if I have prior CrossFit experience?
A: Absolutely not, you may sign up for a regular membership.
Q: Are private Level One classes required if I don’t have previous CrossFit experience?
A: Yes. You will learn how to move well and safely through all of our foundational movements, experience the feeling of a CrossFit style workout, and get a feel for the class experience and structure.
