The first month of CrossFit is spent in Level One where you will learn proper form and mechanics. Level One mirrors our core CrossFit class but smaller class sizes allow coaches to spend more time focusing on movements and modifications for each individual. You will have access to both gyms and are free to attend either location at the scheduled time that is most convenient for you; however, we will have you sign up with one primary location and find it in your best interest to stick with the same Level One group as much as possible during your first month.
Q: How many classes are included in the level one?
A: 12 classes, 3x/week, 1 month in total.
Q: Do I need to attend all 12 classes?
A: No, it is ok to miss a class or two, and the month of level one can be extended if needed.
Q: Do I need to take level one if I have prior CrossFit experience?
A: Absolutely not, you may sign up for a regular membership.
Q: What are my options if I cannot attend the level one schedule(s)?
A: You have the option to do 1-on-1 level one classes at a higher price point.
Q: Is Level One required if I don’t have previous CrossFit experience?
A: Yes. You will learn how to move well and safely through all of our foundational movements, experience the feeling of a CrossFit style workout, and get a feel for the class experience and structure.
