METCON: 2k row at a conversational pace
We’ve put up a ton of volume over monday and wednesday, so we’re going to take today’s metcon to do some LSD – long slow distance. Now a 2k isn’t really THAT long relatively speaking, but we’re going to approach it at a very casual pace – think a 2:15 pace for men and a 2:30 pace for women. The focus is regeneration – giving those muscles a break after a few very intense days.
