Did you know the USA Rugby Women’s National Championships are this weekend in Blaine, and our very own Anna B will be representing the Twin Cities in the tournament? CrossFit Total will be held next Tuesday in the Box. Last week’s and this week’s singles on the squat, press, & deadlift will be good practice for the Total, which is a 1 rep max of back squat, press, and deadlift. In the total you have 3 attempts to find your one rep max. This format can be used on the singles this week where you treat the lift like the Total, and use sets 4 & 5 do lift 90% of the max you established.

Power Clean ladder at 75% of your 3×5 Weight: 1 the first minute, 2 the second minute, and so on until you can’t complete the designated number of reps in a minute.
Push press 2-2-2-2-2, then:
21, 18, 15, 12, 9, 6, 3 thrusters (45#/33#) for time. Row 200m at the start, finish, and between sets.
