Shape Up For Summer!
Our Spring Shape Up Bootcamp uses the CrossFit methodology of constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity to develop strength and endurance. This 6-week series of 1-hour bootcamp classes will run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6am at CrossFit St. Paul. Monday and Wednesday will focus on bodyweight exercises and metabolic conditioning while Friday introduces beginner barbell lifts used in regular CrossFit classes. Each day will offer a challenging workout that can be adjusted to any and every skill level. What’s included:
