60 minute class for those looking to jump start their fitness and focus on increasing their cardio capacity, building a baseline for strength, and learning new functional movements to improve your overall fitness! The class will focus on the use of these functional movements to help you develop some awareness of how your body should move, in turn giving you the confidence to push yourself hard each day that you show up! Each day will offer a challenging workout that can be adjusted to any and every skill level.
