
Postpartum Series
The BirthFit Postpartum Series is where we focus on healing from the inside out by connecting with breath, body, and community. This class meets twice a week for four weeks. It is ideal for anyone who has had a baby in the last twelve months.
Objectives include: understanding the postpartum healing timeline, reconnecting with breath and core, reestablishing functional movement (e.g. squat, push, press), and learning about diastasis recti (DRA). Infants welcome.
Starting 2/4
2x/week for four weeks

Sundays – 1:15pm
BirthFit Postpartum Rehabilitation: strength + conditioning for rebuilding after Baby

Prenatal Fitness Foundations
The BIRTHFIT Prenatal Fitness Foundations is an intentional prenatal strength and conditioning course. At BIRTHFIT, we consciously train for birth; therefore, we are in-season training. This class is ideal for those who are curious about how to approach fitness training during pregnancy.
Starting 2/4
2x/week for four weeks

BirthFit Prenatal Fitness Foundations: prenatal strength + conditioning + mindset

Workshop
The BIRTHFIT Workshop is an introduction to BIRTHFIT’s definition and philosophy, including the four pillars – fitness, nutrition, mindset, and connection. This is a three hour, one time session that is open to all humans curious about BIRTHFIT, health, and living a conscious lifestyle.
