Your Habits Become Your Destiny
In this 90-minute workshop we will discuss the most recent research and practical approaches to sustainable habit formation. Humans thrive living in established patterns. We will dig into the “habit loop” and create small micro-habit plans. Bring a notebook and a writing utensil!
