Granite Games is just a couple week’s away – thus we’re introducing a cool team of three workout in preparation.

Clean and Jerk: 5 – 5 – 5

The above is intended to be for load – against a roughly fifteen to twenty minute clock work up to as heavy as possible of a true weightlifting set of five. Meaning, do not perform this in a touch and go fashion.

FOR TIME (IN TEAMS OF THREE):

Three rounds of…

30 Power Snatches (95/63) (one partner must be hanging from pull up bar, the other rests)

30 Synchronized Toes to Bar (one partners rests)

…then…

300m Double Kettlebell Farmers Carry (72/53) (between all three teammates)

Three rounds of…

30 Power Clean and Jerks (135/93) (one partner must be hanging from pull up bar, the other rests)

30 Synchronized Pull Ups (one partners rests)

…then…

300m Double Kettlebell Farmers Carry (72/53) (between all three teammates)

Three rounds of…

30 Thrusters (95/63) (one partner must be hanging from pull up bar, the other rests)

30 Synchronized Burpees (one partners rests)

…then…

300m Double Kettlebell Farmers Carry (72/53) (between all three teammates)

The above is going to be AWESOME! If the format doesn’t make sense don’t worry about it – just come in for a badass 8:00 am session at CrossFit Minneapolis.
