Accumulate Two Minutes in the Bottom of a Dip (on the parallel bars; in thirty second efforts)

Adductor Smashing (seated w/ barbell)

IT Band Smashing (seated w/ lacrosse ball)

Pigeon Pose Stretch (accumulate three minutes per side)
