This week is officially the last week of the Granite Games cycle. We have our last couple of tests in addition to slightly gearing down so that athletes are as prepared as possible for this upcoming weekend.
Back Squat: 1 RM
Now is your opportunity to test out all the hard work we’ve been putting into the squat throughout the past cycle.
EMOM twenty-four minutes, alternate between:
20 Calories on the Rower
50 Double Under
1:00 of Rest
Anyone remember this workout…? Scale the volume as necessary. This is a great test of both aerobic capacity and mental fortitude.
