Using only sets of 1 Rep at a time, accumulate 10,000 lbs in the deadlift, press and squat
*Rx for men, for example, would be 10 rounds of 1 deadlift @ 450, 1 press @ 185, and 1 squat @ 365
*Rx for women would be 10 rounds of 1 deadlift @ 315, 1 Press @ 125, and 1 squat at 260
