Joe Lengel Jr., 57, of Toledo, OH, died on November 19, 2012, of a gunshot wound sustained while opening his gym, CrossFit Intensity. Surviving Joe are his wife of 32 years, Karen; sons, Aaron (Kendra) and Matt; daughter, Mary Beth; grandchildren, Aiden, Kolbrin, Kamden, Atley, Avelyn, Koralyn, Aaron II, Layla and Reis. Joe was preceded in death by his grandson Kelan.

I’m going to be honest this is an absurd total number of double unders; like borderline Rhabdo status. I wouldn’t program this workout though if I didn’t think the daily #UnionComp programming has built to this volume. That being said, if you haven’t been attending Competition Class on a daily basis you absolutely need to scale down the volume of double unders. All athletes should choose an option that when fresh can be completed well under forty five seconds. Note the time domain for this workout is long, much longer than it may initially read. Have fun!
