Handstand Push Up Practice (fifteen minutes)
The difference between a mediocre Competitive CrossFitter and a great Competitive CrossFitter is having the humility to put in countless hours to maybe only marginally improve movement mechanics and efficiency. Only show up today if you’re serious about making even the littlest (maybe a word…?) amount of improvement in the kipping handstand push up.
Against a twenty minute clock, complete:
2 Mile Run
Max Man Makers (AHAP)
Choose a loading on the man makers that allows for quality movement. Run like it’s a workout, and not the four hundred meter warm up jog to start off class.
