Work up to a heavy touch and go power clean triple.
AMRAP twelve minutes:
6 Bar Facing Burpees
3 TnG Power Cleans (225/163)
Choose a loading on the power cleans that allows for touch and go repetitions throughout the course of the entire workout. If you end up going to singles 1) the loading is too aggressive and 2) you’re not performing the workout in the manner that was intended.
Medicine Ball Side Bends: 3 x 20
Grab a light wall ball (nothing more than ten pounds) and hold the ball overhead and you bend from side to side; twenty total, ten per side.
