Against a running clock…
0:00 – 2:00
AMReps: Box Jumps (24/20)
2:01 – 3:00
AMReps: Max Shoulder to Overhead at 80% of previous ten rep max (from the floor)
3:01 – 8:00
8:00 – Completion
Every minute on the minute until failure complete…
(+1) Thruster (105/73)
(+1) Chest to Bar Pull Up
Complete rounds plus reps in reverse order from part one.
When the athlete cannot complete the allotted repetitions within the given minute that athlete will then rest precisely four minutes. After four minutes of rest the athlete will work their way back down the ladder until they finish the workout with one thruster and one chest to bar pull up.
Example: Ian Earp makes it through seven full minutes; during minute eight he completes eight thrusters and three chest to bar pull ups before minute nine begins. Ian will then rest from 9:00 – 13:00. At 13:01 Ian will then work in reverse order to complete all the repetitions from part one picking up where he left off. Ian completes three chest to bar pull ups, then eight thrusters, then seven chest to bar pull ups, then seven thrusters, then six chest to bar pull ups, all the way down to one and one. Ian finishes at 19:08. His time for part two is 6:08. Please note this time in the notes section of the “Death By” BTWB. Good luck!
