Have a large class…? Start half your athletes at 0:00 and half at 3:00 (at the beginning of the workout i.e. bar facing burpees); this should ensure that there is minimal back up on the rowers (if any).
Lets briefly talk intent… There are two “scores” for the first part 1) total bar facing burpees and 2) total front squats. Give your absolute best effort during each component. Lastly, set a personal record in Open Workout 15.5… I believe in you, do you believe in yourself…?
