Power Clean + Front Squat + Power Jerk:

3 x (1+1+1) @ 70%, 2 x (1+1+1) @ 75%

Squat:

1 x 6 @ 71%, 2 x 5 @ 76%, 3 x 5 @ 80%

Clean Pull:

5 x 4 @ 90%
