This is a “death by” workout. During minute one perform five thrusters and then ONE bar facing burpee, during minute two perform five thrusters and then TWO bar facing burpees, so on and so forth till alloted thrusters and bar facing burpees cannot be completed. The score is the minute/round completed plus reps.
