Squats
Row (calories)
Pull-ups
Sit-ups
Push-ups
Scoring will be based on the sum total of the lowest rep count in any set for each movement. If your squat totals are: 18-17-17-17-15-15-15-16, your score for squats is 15. Add this number to the corresponding lowest count from the other movements in the workout for your total.
