In this video, Kendrick is doing a percentage of his best jerk for reps. Kendrick is dropping the bar
back down to the blocks between each rep due, in part, to how heavy a load he is using. We will be
bringing our weight back down to our shoulders under control. Take note about how aggressively
he is punch not only under the bar, but through the bar so that the load is situated perfectly above
his body’s midline. Listen to the noise is feet make as he pops into his catch stance and finally, how
vertical he stays during the dip and drive phase of the lift.
