In teams of two – each athlete completes:
21-15-9 Reps for time:
HSPU
Ring Dips
Push-ups
One athlete will work at a time. Any time the working athlete has to rest/transition between movements, they must stop working and alternate with their partner. This will continue until each athlete has completed the workout in its entirety. This rule includes finishing a set of one movement and transitioning to the next; even in these situations, athletes must alternate.
