With a continuously running clock, complete (1) 10 M shuttle sprint the first minute, (2) 10 M shuttle sprints the second, three the third, four the fourth and so on and so forth until unable to complete the designated number of shuttle sprints in the sixty second window. All athletes should aim to complete at least ten minutes of this workout. For any athlete that does not complete ten minutes, rest as needed and then resume the workout, working your way back the ladder until back to one shuttle sprint. Athletes must touch the line with their hand at the end of each shuttle sprint.
