Step one foot forward, then step that foot back to a standing position. These should be executed with a snatch grip.
20 Rounds for time, in teams of two:
200 M Row
One athlete may work at a time. Athletes must alternate every 200 M. In cases of odd numbers, an athlete may work solo and should plan to rest 90 seconds between efforts. Solo athletes will only be required to row (10) 200 M pieces.
