The KB will be racked with the right hand on the right shoulder for fifteen reps per round and with the left hand on the left shoulder for fifteen reps per round. Rack positions with the KB should mirror the final catch position during a KB clean. Be very careful not to allow the KB to fall back behind or out to the side of the shoulder. At all times the KB should be resting on the front side of the body.
