400 M Farmer Carry (53/35 in each hand)
Carry DBs, KBs, BBs, BPs, etc., just make sure the loading is heavy. Do not over pace. These intervals should be fast and aggressive. Take each 400 M effort as if it were the only piece to the entire work out. Rest approximately 2:1.
