Pistol Practice
For those who are proficient with this movement. In less than 15 minutes, complete six sets of six reps (three per leg) under loading. On the less complicated end of the spectrum, loading can be held out in front of the chest with extended arms. On the more complicated end of the spectrum, athletes can attempt overhead pistols with a PVC, barbell, or loaded barbell.
