7 Waves:
1 Power Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push Press
1 Back Squat
1 Push Press
Movements can be compounded as desired i.e. power clean + front squat can become a squat clean.
Rest as needed between rounds. Athletes should attempt what they anticipate will be their heaviest set on their third round.
