This workout is to be completed “waterfall style”. This means that after completing the reps assigned for a movement athletes must start all over at the top of the list. So, upon “go”, athletes will complete three power cleans, then they will start over and complete three power cleans and six burpees. After the burpees, athletes will start over again and complete three power cleans, six burpees, and nine WB shots. Then three power cleans, six burpees, nine WB shots and twelve pull-ups. This format continues until the athlete has completed the twenty push-press at the end of the WOD.
