
EMOM – 10 Minutes:
6 Box-jumps
Jumps should be to a height that cannot be rebounded. Ideally, athletes will be able to complete the jumps quickly, but will need a good amount of focus to do so. As with any strength component, there is no set prescription. Heights should be determined by the individual based on vertical jump capacity.
