In an effort to maximize precision, grace, speed, and accuracy:

This is not for load. This is not for time. This is for improvement. Each athlete should get at least 5 good work sets in.
For total minutes:
6 Box Jumps (24/20)
*Death X Hang Power Snatch (95/63)
* 1 HPS the first minute, 2 the second minute, three the third, and so on and so forth. On the call of go, athletes will complete 6 box jumps and 1 HPS. When the minute turns over, athletes will complete 6 box jumps and 2 HPS. On the third minute, athletes will complete 6 box jumps and 3 HPS. This will continue until athletes are unable to complete the 6 box jumps and designated number of reps required in the minute.
