
For 28 Minutes, follow the following pattern:
1 Minute: Max Effort Shuttle Sprints (10 M)
1 Minute Rest
30 Seconds: Max Effort Double Unders
30 Seconds Rest
30 Seconds: Max Effort Burpees
30 Seconds Rest
All in, a “round” will take 4 Minutes. When all is said and done, athletes will have complete 7 Rounds. For the shuttle runs, athletes must touch their hands to the line at both ends. Each length counts as a rep.
