A fairly impressive, 110 K (242 lb.) Sots press, from the front with a press grip…
5 Rounds for time:
50 Double Unders
30 M Bear Crawl
For those who can do double unders, do them. For those who can do some double unders, do your best to get the most completed reps in as possible, while recognizing that you will likely need to scale the number down some. For those who cannot yet do double unders, the substitution will be a jump-and-touch. In this movement, you will stand in front of a target that is situated 12″ outside of your extended OH reach – this can be a spot on the wall, the pull-up bar, a hanging ring etc. – and you will jump and touch that target with both hands for a rep to count. You will be doing 50 jump-and-touches per round.
