1 DL to Knee

This is a combination lift of four separate movements which make up one rep. The complex is finished when an athlete has completed three reps. The bar cannot be put down, all movement must be touch-and-go. All finish positions should be held for one one-thousand (knee, hip, knee).

A word of advice for anybody participating in the nutrition challenge: we will be re-testing the NC workouts on Saturday. If you want to set yourself up for success, I would strongly suggest tomorrow to be a rest day, or if anything, a day in which the workout is taken very, very lightly. No matter how tightly you adhered to the dietary and lifestyle suggestions made by your coaches, doing a hard workout the day before a re-test can still stunt performances.
