For 20 Minutes:
Assorted handstand practice
Those who can comfortably do handstands should practice walking on their hands, holding static handstands, doing pirouettes, or even navigating a makeshift obstacle course. For those who cannot yet do a comfortable handstand, a number of wall assisted options will be available to develop the skill.
1 Minute on, 30 Seconds off, for 12 Minutes:
9-6-3 Reps:
HSPU
Ring Dips
Pushups
