1 Snatch + 1 Hang Snatch
EMOM – 12 Minutes:
1 Power Clean and Jerk
Loads can be increased and decreased as needed throughout the workout. If, at any point, an athlete misses two lifts in a row, the athlete must drop weight a minimum of ten lbs. before resuming with the next lift.
There will be a five minute transition time between snatches and clean and jerks.
