Please Note – We’re hosting a CrossFit Level I Course this weekend so we will only have one class at 7am on Saturday at CrossFit St Paul – no CF Kids, Intro, or Yoga. At CrossFit Minneapolis we have class at 9am and 10am, oly class and intro workout at 11am on Saturday. On Sunday we will have 9am class, 10am open gym, and 4:30pm class at CrossFit Minneapolis.
