
For ten minutes:
Spend as much time in a bent arm plank position. Rest as needed but understand that the objective is to spend as much of the ten minutes in an active plank position as possible.
25-20-15-10-5 Reps for time:
1 Arm DB Snatch (50/35)
Completed 10 TTB after each set. The workout ends with 10 TTB.
Alternate arms on the snatches each rep.
