Death by 10 M
With a continuously running clock, run 10 M the first minute, 20 M (2 x 10) the second minute, 30 M (3 x10) the third minute and so on and so forth until you are unable complete the prescribed number of sprints in the one-minute window.
In an effort to ensure that everybody gets a good amount of volume, those people who do not get past the 12 minute should begin counting down as the minutes progress until they are back at one before finishing. So, if you are unable to complete all nine runs on the ninth minute, try to complete eight runs on the tenth minute, seven runs on the eleventh minute, six runs on the twelfth minute and so on and so forth.
