5 Rounds, not for time:
Max Reps – Bench Press (BW)
Max Reps – Pull-ups
There is no time component to this workout. Athletes have the full hour to complete five sets of each movement, alternating between movements. The objective is to complete as many reps of each movement as possible. As a scaling suggestion, shoot for a minimum bench press score of 7 (in a round) and a minimum pull-up score of 10 (in a round). This is, as I’ve written, a suggestion for an absolute minimum rep count in a single round.
