On both runs, teams must stay together – you’re only as strong as your weakest link. For the rowing portion of the workout, teams are to share a single ergometer. Team members must alternate after each 200 M effort. In the end, each team member will have completed (10) 200 M efforts.
CrossFit Endurance
2 x 10 Minute time trial – maximum distance
Rest precisely 5 minutes between efforts.
