This is a reminder that CrossFit Endurance is now an open enrollment style class which doesn’t require any kind of early sign up. CrossFit Endurance will focus primarily on rowing and running and will offer members an opportunity to step outside of our normal programming cycles, as they choose, to train in more constant aerobic domains.
