In truth, this workout calls for athletes to move a barbell from ground to overhead. While snatching is not allowed, any and all variations of the clean (squat, power, split, muscle) is acceptable, as is each variation of the overhead movements (press, push-press, push-jerk, split-jerk, squat-jerk). Essential, athletes should do whatever they need to to get a bar from ground to OH 30 times as fast as possible.
