Muscle-ups
For those who are not doing muscle-ups. Jumping muscle-ups are acceptable as long as the bottom of the rings are hanging above the top of your head. If not jumping muscle-ups, athletes will be given 2.5 minutes to complete as many pull-ups as possible, and 2.5 minutes to complete as many dips as possible. The score will be total reps (pull-ups + dips) / 2.
