The dumbbell snatches will come from the floor each rep. Athletes will alternate arms every rep, ending up with 25 reps on the left, and 25 reps on the right. Both ends of the dumbbell must be flat on the ground at the same time before the next rep can begin. Bouncing dumbbells off the floor into the next rep is not acceptable.
