For time, in teams of two:
50 Tire Flips
1 Mile Sand Bag Carry
50 Tire Flips
1 Mile Sand Bag Carry
There is no rule on how many tire flips each athlete must complete, or who has to carry the sandbag. Athletes can alternate between carrying the sandbag and running without it at any point and as many times as desired. The workout must progress in this order and cannot be segmented in any other way than the way it is listed above. Athletes must stay together at all times during the workout.
