TTR are very similar to TTB. Same range of motion expectations, just a different implement. Instead of hanging on the bar, athletes will hang on the rings. Instead of bringing toes to the bar, athletes will bring their toes through the rings. Instead of kipping and swinging legs to the top, athletes will do so in a controlled, almost rigid fashion. Scaling options include: TTB, KTE, hanging tucks, sit-ups etc..
