25 Lunge Jumps
50 Jumping Jacks
100 Mountain Climbers
For time:
In teams of three, complete 100 clusters at 115 lbs. or 83 lbs. At some point in the workout, each team member must complete a one mile run. Only one team member can run at a time. The team members not running can alternate on the barbell at their discretion and in the end, cluster reps do not need to be equal among each of the three team members.
