“Death by Power Clean”:
With a continuously running clock, do one power clean the first minute, two the second, three the third and so on and so forth until you are unable to complete the prescribed number of reps in a single minute. The prescribed weights for this workout are 135 lbs. for men, and 93 lbs. for women.
